OUR VISION

 

It is the vision of M.O.P. to expose the Brotherhood to Biblical teaching and instruction in an environment that is pertinent to the development of godly men.  This will assist us in becoming the full spectrum of glory and honor which God has called men to be.  Faith is the component that pleases God, and Truth is the component that makes and keeps us free.  As we focus on these two virtues, we focus on a life that pleases God, while living in perpetual freedom.  This will be reflective while we live out our lives as husbands, fathers, sons, and all of our many other roles.  Whatever position God places us, we function as God’s “Men of Power.”

HOW DO WE REACH THIS OBJECTIVE?

 

The Men’s Ministry of Turin Church of God in Christ upholds the Bible as the ultimate authority and answer to all of life’s challenges.  The M.O.P. ministry strives to edify the whole man (mind, body, spirit, and soul).  We encourage men to seek God’s purpose for their lives through prayer and the study of God’s Word.  With the Bible as our foundation, we are impacting, enriching, and empowering men to not only have victory in their own personal lives but to also effectively win souls for Christ.

MISSION STATEMENT

 

Our mission will be:

• To encourage men to love God and be fully committed to His service.

• To challenge men to be the head of their household, spiritually and in other capacities.

• To develop men into mature disciples of Christ who demonstrate their love and commitment to Him through their worldview, lifestyle, and leadership.

• To equip men to share their faith with others as they go about their daily walk with Christ.
